Our Customer Forecast Analyst (CFA) plays a crucial role in the experience of Malteurop Malting Company customer’s both internal and external. The CFA will work closely with all levels of Malteurop Malting Company organization including Account Receivable, Outside Sales, and Supply Chain department’s very closely. You will be accountable for all outstanding balances across Malteurops customer base while tracking financial activities, forecasting future orders and order values, taking ownership within the contract management of all customers while also maintaining our customer account information. Communicating all changes and trends on a daily basis while creating reporting measurements and needs will be an expectation within the CFA role as well. Frequency reporting needs to our customers, Sales team and Customer Success group is a high demand.
The CFA will work cohesively with other members of the Customer Success team providing a culture of supportive team work and open communication. Relationship building and trust while possessing a customer centric mind state for our future business needs will ensure the CFA is successful within their role. The CFA will need to be able to challenge the current processes and identify gaps for improvement areas while providing resolutions to findings.

In our malting plants, which operate continuously 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, production line workers take part in automated outsteeping (malt discharging) and product transfer operations.
The Malting Operations Manager has a hand in determining malt production objectives, along with costs, delivery times, quality, and quantity. This implies a close collaboration with all Malteurop’s departments, with the brewer customers, and with the barley suppliers.
Supply-chain management is the transverse support function par excellence, with responsibilities extending from the initial order to its final execution. The Supply Chain Manager provides the interface between all streams and the sales department, the quality department, accounting, and the production sites.
